Domestic Shipping

  • All orders will be shipped via USPS.
  • Pricing starts at $3.00 Certain Items have special shipping options.
  • Free Shipping on: Orders over $50
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us. We will provide a Tracking number and all relevant information about your order.
  • You can also view every orders progress on the website by navigating to: My Account>Orders. From there you can cancel, re-order, or check on the status of any order!

International Shipping:

  • All International Orders will be shipped via USPS.
  • Free Shipping on: Orders over $500
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us. We will provide a Tracking number and all relevant information about your order.
  • Please note that duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping rates at checkout. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import tariffs, and taxes - that may result in multiple charges. If your order is seized in your county, we cannot refund payment.

Warranty & Returns

  • Returns will Not be accepted for E-Liquid, and Cartomizers/Atomizers. Except: units found dead upon delivery, damaged, or expired. (Contact within 5-Days of delivery.)
  • All other items will be covered by a 30-Day SCVapors.com Extended Warranty, for return or exchange. Almost all products have a manufacturer Warranty as well, and you can contact us to return anything defective to the manufacturer, we will gladly handle all of this for you! Just let us know.
  • If the wrong items are sent or there is ANY problem with your order contact us, and we will do our best to fix it as fast as possible! Our customers praise us for our customer service habits and we plan on it remaining that way! 
  • Refunds will take about 7-14 Business Days to complete.
  • Please contact us immediately if you would like to return an item please also include your order number, name, address, phone number, and the REASON for your return/exchange.
  • You will be responsible for making sure the item gets back to us safely, please ship the items in appropriate packaging so that they will not be damaged upon arrival. No Signature required. If the items arrive damaged you will not receive a refund (Unless DOA Claim). You will be given the option to pay for the return shipping of a damaged product.
